Rubber-Coated M6 Stud Magnets for Starlink Mini Mounts – 30 lb or 65 lb
Rubber-Coated M6 Stud Magnets for Starlink Mini Mounts – 30 lb or 65 lb
Share
Add quick-release magnetic feet to compatible Starlink Mini mounts and other M6-threaded equipment.
These rubber-coated magnets use an M6 threaded stud to attach to compatible mounts, creating a removable, no-drill connection on suitable steel surfaces. Choose between compact 30 lb magnets and larger 65 lb magnets, each available in 2-packs or 4-packs.
Choose Your Size and Pack
- 30 lb, 1.7-inch, 2-Pack — $10.99
- 30 lb, 1.7-inch, 4-Pack — $21.99
- 65 lb, 2.6-inch, 2-Pack — $17.99
- 65 lb, 2.6-inch, 4-Pack — $34.99
Measure your mount, confirm the required stud size, and choose the magnet size and quantity appropriate for your complete setup.
Why You’ll Like Them
- M6 threaded stud connects to compatible mounts and accessories
- Choice of 30 lb or 65 lb rated pull force
- Rubber coating helps protect suitable painted steel surfaces
- No drilling or permanent vehicle modification on compatible steel mounting areas
- Installs and removes quickly
- Useful for trucks, SUVs, vans, trailers, RVs, UTVs, boats, and overland equipment with an appropriate mounting surface
Surface Compatibility
Magnets attach directly only to suitable ferromagnetic steel. They will not attach by themselves to aluminum, fiberglass, plastic, glass, or other non-magnetic materials.
For non-magnetic surfaces, pair them with compatible adhesive steel base plates, sold separately.
What’s Included
M6 threaded-stud magnets in your selected pull-force rating and pack quantity.
Not included: Starlink Mini, device mount, adhesive steel plates, installation tools, and any additional fastening or safety hardware unless specifically stated or shown as included.
Before You Order
- Confirm that your mount accepts an M6 threaded stud.
- Measure the available mounting area and select the appropriate magnet diameter.
- Test the intended surface to confirm it is magnetic steel.
- Choose a quantity that keeps the load balanced and fully supported.
- Inspect the contact surface for dirt or debris that could reduce grip or scratch the finish.
Important Holding-Force Information
Published pull-force ratings are nominal values measured under controlled conditions. Actual holding strength depends on steel thickness, surface shape, coating, cleanliness, magnet orientation, vibration, leverage, wind, speed, and the weight and balance of the installed equipment.
Before use, test the complete installation under conditions appropriate for your application. For exterior, overhead, marine, off-road, or in-motion installations, use an independently rated secondary restraint and verify that the setup cannot become a road or safety hazard.
