Thank you for shopping with Mohave Custom Design. We are based in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, and we ship our products to customers throughout the United States.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Some products may be made to order, produced in small batches, or require additional preparation time depending on current order volume. If a made-to-order item requires additional processing time, we will do our best to communicate any delay as quickly as possible.

Made-to-Order Products

Many Mohave Custom Design products are designed, produced, inspected, and packaged in-house. Because some items are made to order or produced in small batches, processing times may vary during periods of high demand, holidays, product launches, or sales events.

If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, your order may ship together once all items are ready.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

At this time, we do not guarantee international shipping unless it is specifically available at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the items in your order, your delivery address, and the available shipping options.

From time to time, we may offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping offers. Any free shipping promotion will be shown on our website or at checkout and must meet the stated terms to apply.

Free Shipping Offers

If a free shipping offer is available, it will apply only to eligible orders that meet the listed requirements before taxes, shipping charges, or certain discounts, unless otherwise stated.

Free shipping offers may be limited to standard shipping within the United States.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.

Typical delivery times within the United States are approximately 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may ship through carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available shipping services, depending on package size, destination, and shipping method selected.

The carrier used for your order may vary.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

Mohave Custom Design is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or handed to the carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking information for updates. Carrier delays can occur due to weather, holidays, high shipping volume, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check around your delivery location, with neighbors, household members, building management, or your local carrier office.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the information and help determine the best resolution.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order is missing an item or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to cancel your order before it is processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and may need to be handled through our return process.

Made-to-order or custom items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.

Returns

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product.
